Seasonality still determines demand in southern Russia, but in 2024, the domestic market is showing growth and digitalization of bookings. The purpose of this article is to assess the potential for reducing seasonality in Crimea through the event, health resort, and logistics sectors. The methodology combines analysis of official statistics from 2024, industry reviews, and case studies. It is shown that diversifying the offer and maintaining a stable winter infrastructure increases the utilization of off-season periods. The findings confirm the hypothesis of the possibility of redistributing 5-7 percentage points of demand. The formation of guaranteed train bookings for peak events, co-promotions with bus carriers, and the "price-lock" mechanism for the shoulder season. The dynamics are characterized by the combination of market factors that limit the ability to smooth out seasonality. The practical significance of the research results is based on existing assets. The findings are useful for regulators, tour operators, and hoteliers who are planning to increase their occupancy rates outside of the peak season.
