    <p>В работе рассмотрены особенности микрообучения как современного инструмента повышения эффективности корпоративного обучения. Актуальность этого инструмента позитивна и тогда, когда особое внимание уделено изучению структуры микрообучения и особенно его интеграции в повседневные рабочие процессы. В развитие цели статьи нашли своё отражение и предметно представлены когнитивные преимущества кратких и целевых модулей. Предлагается к изучению и рассмотрено применение цифровых технологий и геймификации в используемых процессах обучения сотрудников. В задаче исследования кратко определены основные ограничения микрообучения для глубокого теоретического освоения материала. Выделена роль стратегической реализации микрообучения в общей системе корпоративного образования.</p>

    <p>The paper examines the features of microlearning as a modern tool for improving the effectiveness of corporate training. The relevance of this tool is positive when special attention is paid to studying the structure of microlearning and especially its integration into everyday work processes. In development of the article's objective, the cognitive advantages of short and target modules are reflected and presented in detail. The use of digital technologies and gamification in the processes of employee training is proposed for study and considered. The research objective briefly defines the main limitations of microlearning for deep theoretical mastery of the material. The role of strategic implementation of microlearning in the general system of corporate education is highlighted.</p>
