   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Предмет. Разработка алгоритма исследования интереса инвесторов к сектору информационных технологий, выраженного в покупке акций, на примере событий на рынках РФ, ЕС и США в 2023 – 2026 годах.&#13;
Цели. Совершенствование процедур систематизации и визуализации информации для доказательства актуальности проблем в привлечении долгосрочных финансовых инвестиций в сектор информационных технологий и необходимости обсуждения и междисциплинарного поиска решения этих проблем.&#13;
Методология. для достижения цели в представленном исследовании используются общенаучные методы сравнения, сопоставления, системного анализа и специальный метод визуализации информации – метод многомерного шкалирования.&#13;
Результаты. Разработан и продемонстрирован на практике алгоритм исследования интереса инвесторов к секторам экономики, выраженного в покупке акций, на примере рынка акций сектора информационных технологий в РФ, ЕС и США в 2023 – 2026 годах. Применение усовершенствованных процедур систематизации и визуализации финансовой информации позволило обратить внимание специалистов на проблему привлечения долгосрочных финансовых инвестиций в сектор информационных технологий и необходимость междисциплинарного поиска решения проблемы.&#13;
Область применения. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы субъектами финансового рынка, а также научным сообществом для дальнейшего изучения и совершенствования механизмов повышения эффективности привлечения инвестиций в национальную экономику.</p>

    <p>Subject. Development of an algorithm for studying investors' interest in the information technology sector, expressed in the purchase of shares, using the example of events in the Russian, EU, and US markets in 2023-2026.&#13;
Objectives. Improvement of procedures for systematizing and visualizing information to prove the relevance of problems in attracting long-term financial investments in the information technology sector and the need for discussion and interdisciplinary search for solutions to these problems.&#13;
Methods. To achieve objectives, the presented study uses general scientific methods of comparison, juxtaposition, and system analysis, as well as a special method for visualizing information: multidimensional scaling.&#13;
Results An algorithm for studying investors' interest in economic sectors as expressed in the purchase of shares has been developed and demonstrated in practice using the example of the stock market in the information technology sector in the Russian Federation, the European Union, and the United States in 2023-2026. The use of advanced procedures for systematizing and visualizing financial information has drawn the attention of experts to the issue of attracting long-term financial investments in the information technology sector and the need for an interdisciplinary approach to solving this problem. &#13;
Relevance. The research results can be used by financial market participants as well as by the scientific community for further study and improvement of mechanisms for increasing the efficiency of attracting investments in the national economy.</p>
