   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>В статье исследуется роль и взаимодополняющее значение технологий микроэлектроники и фотоники как технологического фундамента современной цифровой инфраструктуры. В первой части исследования анализируется роль микроэлектронной и фотонной элементной базы в условиях цифровизации экономики, а также раскрываются особенности применения данных технологий в системах хранения и обработки информации. Проводится анализ их применения в системах хранения, обработки, передачи и защиты информации. На основе сравнительного анализа показано, что интеграция микроэлектронных и фотонных решений обеспечивает синергетический эффект, выражающийся в значительном повышении производительности, энергоэффективности и надёжности информационных систем. Особое внимание уделяется влиянию уровня развития микроэлектроники и фотоники на производительность, энергоэффективность и устойчивость информационных систем.  Также показана важность развития собственных компетенций в этих областях для обеспечения технологического суверенитета и национальной безопасности в условиях цифровой трансформации экономики. Обосновывается необходимость комплексного развития данных технологий как условия формирования надёжной и суверенной цифровой инфраструктуры.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>This article examines the role and complementary significance of microelectronics and photonics technologies as the technological foundation of modern digital infrastructure. The first part of the study analyzes the role of microelectronic and photonic components in the context of economic digitalization and reveals the specifics of applying these technologies in information storage and processing systems. An analysis of their application in information storage, processing, transmission, and protection systems is provided. A comparative analysis demonstrates that the integration of microelectronic and photonic solutions provides a synergistic effect, resulting in a significant increase in the performance, energy efficiency, and reliability of information systems. Particular attention is paid to the impact of the development of microelectronics and photonics on the performance, energy efficiency, and resilience of information systems. The importance of developing in-house competencies in these areas to ensure technological sovereignty and national security amid the digital transformation of the economy is also demonstrated. The need for the comprehensive development of these technologies is substantiated as a prerequisite for the formation of a reliable and sovereign digital infrastructure.</p>
