Современный этап развития банковского бизнеса характеризуется трансформацией классической модели банка под воздействием цифровизации в банковские экосистемы. В статье, авторами определяются внешние и внутренние факторы, повлиявшие на становление и развитие банковских экосистем в России. Исследование формирования и функционирования двух моделей банковских экосистем: универсальной (на примере ПАО «Сбербанк») и нишевой (на примере АО «Россельхозбанк»), позволил выделить сходства и различия данных моделей, их особенности. В работе также были определены проблемы, сдерживающие развитие банковских экосисием, среди которых: регуляторная неопределенность, высокая стоимость создания, технологический разрыв, низкая цифровая активность части аудитории и др. Определены пути решения данных проблем, а также определены перспективные развития, связанные с углублением интеграции финансовых и нефинансовых сервисов, ростом непроцентных доходов банков, консолидации и партнерству в банковском секторе, технологическому импортозамещению, а также развитию социальной составляющей экосистем.
The current stage of banking business development is characterized by the transformation of the classical bank model under the influence of digitalization into banking ecosystems. In this article, the authors identify the external and internal factors that have influenced the formation and development of banking ecosystems in Russia. The study of the formation and functioning of two models of banking ecosystems: the universal model (based on the example of Sberbank PJSC) and the niche model (based on the example of Rosselkhozbank JSC), has revealed the similarities and differences between these models and their specific features. The paper also identified the problems that hinder the development of banking ecosystems, including regulatory uncertainty, high creation costs, technological gaps, low digital activity among some audiences, and more. The paper identified solutions to these problems and outlined future developments related to the deepening integration of financial and non-financial services, the growth of non-interest income for banks, consolidation and partnerships in the banking sector, and more.
