The article is devoted to the study and analysis of various capacity exchanges as a means of cooperation for the production of industrial products. Three models are being considered: the Rostec capacity exchange, the electronic portal of industrial cooperation of the Perm region, and contract manufacturing at engineering centers. The mechanisms of functioning of these platforms, their advantages and disadvantages are described. The comparative analysis carried out reveals key aspects that affect the efficiency and stability of these models in changing conditions. The article offers recommendations for improving cooperation strategies, including the introduction of blockchain technology to protect information, the integration of transport companies and the automation of partner selection. The prospects for the development of capacity exchanges in the context of digitalization are considered, which helps to increase the competitiveness of industrial enterprises.
