Статья посвящена современным технологиям обслуживания пассажиров в аэропортах, их текущему состоянию и перспективам дальнейшего развития. Рассматриваются основные тенденции последних десятилетий, включая автоматизацию процессов, внедрение биометрии, искусственного интеллекта и роботизации. Особое внимание уделяется тому, как эти технологии влияют на эффективность работы аэропортов, улучшение качества обслуживания пассажиров и повышение уровня безопасности. Также обсуждаются будущие направления развития, такие как расширение использования биометрии, дальнейшая роботизация и внедрение блокчейн-технологий. Статья подчеркивает важность интеграции этих инноваций для обеспечения устойчивого роста и конкурентоспособности аэропортов в мировой индустрии авиаперевозок. В статье сделан вывод о том, что современные технологии играют ключевую роль в трансформации аэропортов, делая их более эффективными, безопасными и удобными для пассажиров.

The article is devoted to modern passenger service technologies at airports, their current state and prospects for further development. The main trends of recent decades are considered, including automation of processes, the introduction of biometrics, artificial intelligence and robotics. Special attention is paid to how these technologies affect the efficiency of airports, improving the quality of passenger service and improving security. Future directions of development are also being discussed, such as expanding the use of biometrics, further robotization and the introduction of blockchain technologies. The article highlights the importance of integrating these innovations to ensure the sustainable growth and competitiveness of airports in the global airline industry. The article concludes that modern technologies play a key role in the transformation of airports, making them more efficient, safer and more convenient for passengers.
