TI  Mechanism of sustainable development of the enterprise of housing and communal services
KW  The presented work is devoted to the author's attempt to offer his own view on the possible mechanism for the sustainable development of the enterprise
KW  conducting its business activities in the sphere of housing and communal services. Based on the analysis of existing approaches to ensuring the sustainable development of the industry enterprise

KW  principles and tools; a group of mechanisms representing step-by-step models with the phased implementation of a set of pre-designated actions; mechanisms based on the formation of production programs for enterprise development based on the analysis of market opportunities and parameters of economic sustainability
