Therefore, preparing new employees for their professional duties must be purposefully planned and implemented using a combination of methods and approaches. The absence of a well-structured onboarding process can reduce the effectiveness of employee engagement efforts even before they begin. This article examines the experience of onboarding, using examples from international companies.
