TY JOUR TI Application of foreign practices in managing personnel adaptation in an organization KW Proper implementation of the onboarding process determines the effectiveness of subsequent on-the-job activities KW and its absence can lead to undesirable employee attitudes. Therefore KW preparing new employees for their professional duties must be purposefully planned and implemented using a combination of methods and approaches. The absence of a well-structured onboarding process can reduce the effectiveness of employee engagement efforts even before they begin.
