The article examines the process of transformation of corporate culture and organizational structure of commercial banks in the context of implementation of Agile methodology. The purpose of the study is to analyze the key changes in banking management caused by the transition to flexible methodologies and to assess their impact on the performance of financial organizations. The methodological basis of the study is the analysis of modern scientific literature, a comparative analysis of traditional (cascade) and flexible management models, and a study of the practical experience of Russian banks. The results of the study show that the implementation of Agile leads to fundamental changes in the structure of banks: the transition from a functional to a product organization, the formation of cross-functional teams, and the transformation of the physical space of offices. The main barriers to implementation were identified: conservative corporate culture, regulatory restrictions, and the complexity of integration with existing processes. Recommendations are offered to overcome the identified problems and effectively adapt the Agile approach to the specifics of banking activities.
