В статье представлен детальный обзор проблем безопасности эксплуатации и ключевых происшествий с самолетами Boeing 737 MAX, произошедших в период с 2019 г. по 2025 г. Рассматриваются глобальные запреты на полеты и недавний инцидент с рейсом Alaska Airlines Flight 1282. Цель исследования – оценить прямое и косвенное воздействие этих событий на ключевые финансовые показатели Boeing (выручка, чистая прибыль, объемы поставок и портфель заказов). Особое внимание уделено выявлению системных недостатков в производственных процессах и контроле качества компании (текущее состояние – «as it is») и анализу мер, предложенных Boeing и регулирующими органами для их устранения и улучшения (концепция «how will it be»). Данная работа направлена не только на анализ последствий кризисов, но и на формулирование рекомендаций по восстановлению доверия и повышению операционной эффективности.

The article provides a detailed overview of operational safety issues and key incidents involving Boeing 737 MAX aircraft that occurred between 2019 and 2025. It examines global flight bans and the recent incident with Alaska Airlines Flight 1282. The purpose of the study is to assess the direct and indirect impact of these events on Boeing's key financial indicators (revenue, net profit, supply volumes and order portfolio). Special attention is paid to identifying systemic deficiencies in the company's production processes and quality control (the current state is "as it is") and analyzing the measures proposed by Boeing and regulatory authorities to eliminate and improve them (the "how will it be" concept). This work is aimed not only at analyzing the consequences of crises, but also at formulating recommendations to restore trust and improve operational efficiency.
