В статье представлены результаты исследования, направленного на сокращение цикла освоения новой продукции (далее - ЦОНП) на машиностроительном предприятии. На примере предприятия полного цикла машиностроительной отрасли проведен анализ существующего процесса освоения новой продукции, проанализированы теоретические основы и факторы, определяющие продолжительность ЦОНП, выявлены основные проблемы и «узкие» места. Выявлено, что существенные возможности сокращения сроков скрыты в самом производственном процессе. Предложен комплекс мероприятий, включающий внедрение гибридной модели управления проектами, применение принципов бережливого производства и цифровизацию проектных процессов. Данная задача имеет не только экономическое, но и стратегическое значение, так как влияет на выполнение государственных заказов и обеспечение технологической независимости. Экономическая оценка показала, что реализация предложенных мер позволит сократить длительность цикла на 10 – 15 % без снижения качества и надежности продукции.

The article presents the results of a study aimed at reducing the development cycle of new products (hereinafter referred to as the DCNP) at a machine-building enterprise. Using the example of a full-cycle enterprise in the machine-building industry, the article analyzes the existing process of developing new products, examines the theoretical foundations and factors that determine the duration of the DCNP, and identifies the main problems and bottlenecks. It is revealed that significant opportunities for reducing the development time are hidden within the production process itself. The article proposes a set of measures that include the implementation of a hybrid project management model, the application of lean production principles, and the digitalization of project processes. This task is not only economically important, but also strategically significant, as it affects the fulfillment of government orders and ensuring technological independence. The economic assessment showed that the implementation of the proposed measures will reduce the cycle time by 10-15% without compromising the quality and reliability of the products.
