В статье исследуется место арктических газовых проектов в системе мировой экономики в условиях трансформации мирового газового рынка в 2022-2025 гг. Показано, что значение арктического газового сегмента определяется не только ресурсным потенциалом региона, но и его включенностью в международную торговлю природным газом и СПГ, международную логистику, санкционные и инвестиционные режимы, а также в геоэкономические стратегии государств. Обосновывается, что арктические проекты представляют собой особый сегмент мировой газовой отрасли, для которого критически значимы экспортная инфраструктура, контрактная устойчивость, доступ к технологиям и адаптация к климатическим и институциональным ограничениям. Сделан вывод о том, что долгосрочная роль газовых проектов в Арктике определяется их способностью встраиваться в новую конфигурацию мировой энергетики и международных экономических отношений.
The article examines the place of Arctic gas projects in the global economic system amid the transformation of the global gas market in 2022-2025. It is shown that the significance of the Arctic gas segment is determined not only by the region’s resource potential, but also by its integration into international trade in natural gas and LNG, international logistics, sanctions and investment regimes, as well as into the geo-economic strategies of states. The study substantiates that Arctic projects constitute a distinct segment of the global gas industry for which export infrastructure, contractual stability, access to technology, and adaptation to climatic and institutional constraints are of critical importance. It is concluded that the long-term role of gas projects in the Arctic is determined by their ability to integrate into the new configuration of global energy and international economic relations.
