Статья содержит теоретический анализ фундаментальных работ педагога П.Ф. Лесгафта и других великих учёных, обозначивших в своих научных трудах основополагающие принципы физического воспитания как равноправной с другими сторонами образования и воспитания составной части формирования гармоничного человека. Анализ основных трудов родоначальника системы физического воспитания в нашей стране П.Ф. Лесгафта выявил его основную идею теории физического образования – тесную взаимосвязь и взаимовлияние физического, умственного и нравственного воспитания, где формированию гармоничной личности должны способствовать определённые условия, которые создаются в семье, обществе и государстве. В представленной работе рассматриваются актуальные вопросы нравственного воспитания, физического образования и физической подготовки современной всесторонне развитой личности, на основании фундаментальных принципов и традиций, заложенных в отечественной педагогике выдающимися российскими и советскими педагогами – новаторами.
This article contains a theoretical analysis of the fundamental works of educator P.F. Lesgaft and other great scholars, who outlined in their scientific works the fundamental principles of physical education as an integral part of developing a well-rounded individual, equal to other aspects of education and upbringing. An analysis of the major works of P.F. Lesgaft, the founder of the physical education system in our country, reveals his fundamental idea of the theory of physical education: the close interconnection and mutual influence of physical, mental, and moral education, where the development of a well-rounded individual should be facilitated by certain conditions created in the family, society, and the state. This work examines current issues of moral education, physical education, and physical fitness for a modern, well-rounded individual, based on the fundamental principles and traditions established in Russian pedagogy by outstanding Russian and Soviet educators and innovators.
