В статье рассмотрено влияние искусственного интеллекта на структурную безработицу и поляризацию доходов в России. Проанализированы изменения спроса на труд, трансформация профессиональных компетенций и влияние цифровизации на рынок занятости. Поэтому в рамках данной работы рассмотрены, как технологическое внедрение ИИ отражается на структуре рынка труда, какие группы населения оказываются наиболее уязвимыми и в какой мере цифровая трансформация способна усиливать или, наоборот, смягчать социально-экономическую дифференциацию. Установлено, что внедрение ИИ одновременно способствует росту производительности и усиливает различия между группами работников по уровню квалификации и цифровых навыков. Особое внимание уделено мерам государственной поддержки, программам переподготовки и развитию цифровых компетенций как инструментам снижения социально-экономического неравенства.
The article examines the impact of artificial intelligence on structural unemployment and income polarization in Russia. It analyzes changes in labor demand, the transformation of professional competencies, and the impact of digitalization on the employment market. Therefore, this work explores how the technological implementation of AI affects the structure of the labor market, which groups of the population are most vulnerable, and to what extent digital transformation can exacerbate or mitigate socioeconomic differentiation. It is found that the implementation of AI simultaneously contributes to increased productivity and exacerbates differences between groups of workers based on their level of qualifications and digital skills. Special attention is paid to government support measures, retraining programs, and the development of digital competencies as tools for reducing socioeconomic inequality.
