Цель исследования заключается в анализе влияния цифровизации мировой экономики на устойчивое экономическое развитие страны и выявлении возможностей и рисков, возникающих в процессе цифровой трансформации. В качестве материалов использованы научные публикации, аналитические доклады международных организаций и статистические данные, характеризующие уровень цифровой включённости населения и развитие защищённой цифровой инфраструктуры. Методологическую основу исследования составили методы анализа и синтеза, сравнительный метод, системный подход, а также расчёт показателей абсолютного изменения, общего прироста, среднегодового темпа прироста и индекса относительного ускорения цифровизации. В результате установлено, что влияние цифровизации имеет нелинейный характер и зависит от стадии цифровой зрелости страны. В государствах с более низкой стартовой базой цифровизация способствует расширению доступа населения к информации, финансовым услугам, образованию и государственным сервисам. В развитых экономиках её эффект в большей степени связан с ростом производительности, инновационной активности, киберустойчивости и качества институтов. Сравнительный анализ показал, что Россия занимает промежуточное положение: при высоком уровне интернет-проникновения сохраняется необходимость дальнейшего развития защищённой цифровой инфраструктуры, цифровых компетенций и отечественных технологических решений. Сделан вывод, что цифровизация может выступать инструментом устойчивого экономического развития только при условии сокращения цифрового неравенства, укрепления кибербезопасности, развития человеческого капитала и учёта экологических ограничений цифровой экономики.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of digitalization of the global economy on the sustainable economic development of the country and identify opportunities and risks arising in the process of digital transformation. The materials used are scientific publications, analytical reports of international organizations and statistical data characterizing the level of digital inclusion of the population and the development of a secure digital infrastructure. The methodological basis of the research consisted of methods of analysis and synthesis, a comparative method, a systematic approach, as well as the calculation of indicators of absolute change, total growth, average annual growth rate and the index of relative acceleration of digitalization. As a result, it was found that the impact of digitalization is nonlinear and depends on the stage of digital maturity of the country. In countries with a lower starting base, digitalization helps to expand public access to information, financial services, education and public services. In developed economies, its effect is more related to productivity growth, innovation activity, cyber resilience, and the quality of institutions. A comparative analysis has shown that Russia occupies an intermediate position: with a high level of Internet penetration, there remains a need for further development of secure digital infrastructure, digital competencies and domestic technological solutions. It is concluded that digitalization can act as a tool for sustainable economic development only if digital inequality is reduced, cybersecurity is strengthened, human capital is developed, and environmental constraints of the digital economy are taken into account.
