Digital breakthrough in agriculture: the concept of Industry 5.0 and its significance for the agricultural sector

Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the impact of the digital revolution on agriculture and the transition to the 5.0 Industry concept, which focuses on the integration of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics and the Internet of Things into agricultural processes. The benefits of digitalization are discussed, including increased efficiency, lower costs, and improved environmental sustainability. The article highlights the importance of employee qualifications for the successful implementation of Industry 4.0 and 5.0 technologies, as well as the need to create specialized educational programs. The key standards that facilitate the integration of new technologies into production processes are considered, and attention is focused on the importance of partnership between man and machine. The problems of the shortage of qualified personnel in the agro-industrial complex are also discussed and solutions are proposed, including government support and the development of educational initiatives. In conclusion, the article emphasizes that the successful development of digital agriculture depends on the availability of specialists who are able to effectively combine agricultural knowledge with modern information technologies.
