This article discusses in detail the process of developing a quality management system using the example of a specific enterprise using modern digital technologies. The authors pay special attention to the problems related to data accounting and processing, which is a key aspect of effective quality management. The research includes the analysis of existing methods and tools, as well as the prospects for their implementation in the context of digital business transformation. Particular importance is attached to the relevance of using information systems to improve the accuracy and speed of managerial decision-making. The article also offers specific recommendations for improving data accounting processes, which contribute to improving the quality of products and the competitiveness of the enterprise. The work highlights the importance of integrating digital technologies into the quality management system to achieve the strategic goals of the organization.
