Abstract (English):
In the context of rapid changes caused by digitalization and global economic transformations, the Russian IT labor market is showing dynamic development. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in demand for information technology specialists, which is associated with both an increase in the number of start-ups and innovative companies, as well as the transformation of traditional sectors of the economy. However, given the current economic and political challenges, many professionals in this field are beginning to experience concerns about the stability of their jobs and possible layoffs. Thus, studying trends in the IT labor market and opportunities for specialists becomes an urgent task. The relevance of this work is determined by the need to assess the current state of the IT market in Russia and identify factors influencing its further development. In the context of uncertainty caused by changes in the economic environment and the political situation, it becomes especially important to understand what skills and knowledge will be in demand in the future, as well as what risks may affect the stability of professional employment. Research in this area will allow not only to assess the current state of affairs, but also to prepare specialists for the upcoming changes in the labor market.
