This article presents a general description of a manufacturing company, using the example of JSC EuroChem Mineral and Chemical Company . The article provides an assessment of its financial and economic activities for the period covering the beginning of 2020 and the end of 2024, and presents the results of an analysis of innovative projects and the effectiveness of strategies for their implementation in the company. The article discusses the company's innovative projects aimed at both increasing production efficiency and improving the environmental situation, including the using of artificial intelligence in the chemical industry and its combined using with machine learning to optimize production processes. The data of the article may be useful to specialists in the implementation field of innovative projects, as well as specialists in the economic sphere development.
