This article examines the economic feasibility of digitalizing the organization's internal control system. In the course of the research, the authors analyzed the main directions of development of areas of internal processes in organizations related to digital technologies. The digital transformation of Gazprom Neft is analyzed, which includes such digital technologies as automation, digitalization, robotics and autonomization. The main characteristics of digital modernization of production are highlighted: the method of innovation management, the tools of digital transformation, the task and the direction of application of digital technologies. The digital transformation of PJSC RusHydro has been analyzed and its technological priorities have been identified. The analysis of the management area of the digital transformation of business processes in PJSC RusHydro has been carried out. Based on the results of the study, the authors proposed a mechanism for implementing digital technological implementations that will be able to function on the basis of Russian software.
