The study focuses on a comprehensive analysis of the impact of intelligent technologies on the transformation of operational processes in modern enterprises. The paper provides a detailed examination of the conceptual foundations and structural components of intelligent solutions, as well as methodological approaches to their integration for the qualitative improvement of business operations. Special attention is given to the systematization of machine learning algorithms and neural network models used for the automation of routine processes and the support of managerial decision-making. The study also includes a multifactorial analysis of potential information security threats and ethical dilemmas associated with the implementation of artificial intelligence in the corporate environment. The study demonstrates that the rational use of the achievements of technological evolution contributes to a significant optimization of operating costs and an increase in financial results. The theoretical provisions presented in the work are supported by empirical data.
