The article examines the key aspects of performance management at a modern industrial enterprise in the context of digitalization and increasing competitive pressure. The paper analyzes theoretical approaches to the concept of performance, including both financial and non-financial indicators, such as productivity, innovation activity and customer satisfaction. The author examines both methods and tools for performance management, such as KPI, balanced scorecard (BSC), and digital solutions, including BI systems and ERP platforms. The importance of integrating these tools into strategic planning and management is assessed, and the role of personnel in achieving the goals of the organization is emphasized. Examples of successful implementation of performance management systems at industrial enterprises are given, and recommendations for improving their effectiveness are given.
