The article is devoted to strategic approaches to managing the performance of an industrial enterprise in the context of a highly dynamic external environment and technological transformation. The author examines theoretical and practical aspects, including methods and tools such as the balanced scorecard (BSC), OKR and KPI methodology, as well as digital management platforms. The author focuses on the importance of aligning long-term goals with operational activities, as well as the implementation of proactive control and adaptation systems. The author assesses the role of institutional factors such as corporate culture, management structure and external economic conditions in the formation of effective strategies to ensure the competitiveness and sustainability of an enterprise. In the article, the author also analyzes successful practices of applying strategic management in industrial enterprises.
