The objective of this paper is to examine how blockchain technology can address the limitations of traditional supply chain management (SCM) and demonstrate the practical application of blockchain in transforming SCM processes. The method includes a comparative analysis of supply chain management processes with and without blockchain technology, supplemented by case studies from industry leaders. The analysis shows that blockchain technology significantly improves supply chain transparency, reduces operational costs by automating processes, and ensures product authenticity by providing an immutable record of transactions. The paper concludes that although blockchain implementation in SCM faces various challenges, its long-term benefits are significant. Blockchain has the potential to advance global supply chains by making them more efficient, transparent, and secure.
