Abstract (English):
In the modern world, the Russian Federation, due to significant changes in the financial system, is forced to adapt and make attempts to restore it in the international arena. One of the key areas of adaptation is the expansion of the use of the national currency in international settlements, for example, the share of settlements with countries in Asia and the South has increased threefold, alternative payment channels are actively developing, including the Russian financial messaging system (SPFS), integrated with a number of banks from friendly countries, and participation in the Chinese CIPS system is expanding. This indicates the formation of a sustainable mechanism for bypassing Western infrastructures and strengthening regional financial sovereignty.
