This study is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the strategic prospects and operational sustainability of PJSC Sovcomflot, a key player in the Russian shipping industry, in the face of unprecedented sanctions pressure and the transformation of global logistics chains. The paper provides a detailed assessment of the impact of geopolitical factors on the company's financial and economic performance in the period 2022-2024, including an analysis of net profit dynamics, debt burden structure, effectiveness of sanctions circumvention mechanisms and changes in corporate strategy. Special attention is paid to a comparative analysis of various scenarios for adapting the company's business model, as well as the role of government support in ensuring operational sustainability. Based on empirical data and predictive modeling, the study substantiates the key dependence of the company's development on the dynamics of the sanctions regime, defines the limits of the effectiveness of existing adaptation mechanisms, and formulates alternative development strategies in conditions of long-term foreign economic isolation.
