The article presents the foreign experience of using artificial intelligence in the corporate governance system. Using the example of the USA, China, and other countries, the prospects for using artificial intelligence, its capabilities, and optimization of management processes and decisions are shown. Recent years have shown an increase in the use of artificial intelligence technologies by commercial organizations and enterprises, which form a new architecture for making managerial decisions in the system of corporate goals and objectives. The interaction between humans and artificial intelligence is based on the search for a balance between effective management decisions and the commercial benefits of new information technologies. Examples of countries such as the United States, China and other countries show that this area is one of the priorities in the system of national development and technological sovereignty, the basis for the growth of production indicators and qualitative improvement of the management system.
