The article describes the production activities of the SEC Plemzavod Mir in the Remontnensky district of the Rostov region. The state of crop production management is considered. Reserves for increasing the productivity of land and increasing the efficiency of management have been identified. The development of production expands the possibilities of increasing economic efficiency, reducing costs and increasing profitability. The company has a grain production line, the most efficient production of winter wheat and perennial grasses. The evaluation of the company's performance determined an increase in the profitability of agricultural production by 6.76%. The level of development of the lands of the SEC Plemzavod Mir is 95.18%, the ploughing area is 45.94%.Resource conservation is ensured by eliminating losses of material resources and using resource-saving technologies. The main task is to increase the efficiency of using the resource potential of the enterprise. It is necessary to conserve agricultural lands by increasing and expanding the reproduction of their fertility and increasing the productivity of agricultural crops.
