The article discusses the key problems that arise during the development of new products at an industrial enterprise, from the development of design documentation to the launch of mass production. Based on an analysis of the duration of individual stages and the interaction between departments, the article identifies systemic bottlenecks that affect the timing and quality of work. Special attention is given to organizational and technological factors related to the adjustment of documentation, the provision of components, the workload on laboratories, and the coordination between departments. The paper proposes a set of measures aimed at reducing the cycle time, increasing the transparency of processes, and improving coordination, including digitalization of document management, parallel execution of operations, and automation of quality control.
