Industrial production in Russia depends on hydrocarbon exports, making this transition a strategic challenge associated with various systemic risks. In the context of global decarbonization, the successful adaptation of the Russian economy to new realities will become a key factor in long-term competitiveness. This process requires a comprehensive approach combining technological modernization, structural changes in the energy sector, and new regulatory mechanisms. In this article, the author highlights the positive aspects of hydrogen energy development, which aligns with global decarbonization trends and creates the preconditions for a sustainable energy future for the country.
