The presented research is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the transformational processes taking place in the activities of PJSC ALROSA in the context of global geo-economic changes. The paper examines the complex impact of the sanctions regime and emerging neocolonial practices on the company's operational and financial activities. Of particular scientific interest is the analysis of the asymmetric economic relations that have developed between the company and the main global centers of economic influence, including the EU, China and India, where there are steady trends towards purchasing raw materials at low prices while imposing technological solutions at artificially high costs. The methodological basis of the study combines a quantitative analysis of the dynamics of key financial indicators (2019-2025) with a qualitative assessment of structural changes in the company's business model. Considerable attention has been paid to the study of the mechanisms of technological dependence, manifested through their attachment to foreign standards and payment systems. A separate block of research is devoted to predictive modeling of possible scenarios for the company's development, taking into account various options for the evolution of the geopolitical situation.
