The article is aimed at studying the processes of transformation of the innovation environment in high-tech industrial systems based on the creation and development of innovative ecosystems. The study examines key concepts and models of the formation of innovative ecosystems, their role in increasing the competitiveness of industrial enterprises, as well as mechanisms for integrating ecosystem participants to stimulate innovation.The transformation of the modern economy requires constant updating of technologies and adaptation of enterprises to new conditions of competitiveness. The creation of innovative ecosystems is one of the key factors in improving the efficiency of high-tech industries. The purpose of this article is to analyze existing approaches to the formation of innovative ecosystems and identify the specific features of their impact on the development of the industrial sector. Special attention is given to the Russian specifics of the transformation of innovative potential and the development of mechanisms for supporting entrepreneurship in the context of globalization and digitalization of the economy.
