The article reveals the features of the EAEU innovation cooperation in the context of sanctions restrictions imposed by Western countries. It has been revealed that the sanctions restrictions imposed by the United States and the EU since 2022 create additional challenges for scientific and technical cooperation in the EAEU and necessitate the development of new innovative forms of international cooperation. The need for the EAEU in interstate support of innovation activities and motivation of participants in innovation activities within the framework of the integration association has been identified. It is proved that the innovative cooperation of the EAEU member states should contribute to the expansion of international cooperation in innovation, the creation of scientific and technical clusters. It is proposed to expand the exchange of innovations and knowledge for the development of economic cooperation between companies. The scientific novelty of the study is to assess the prospects for the development of innovative cooperation between the EAEU in the new realities
