In the context of the development of distributed production networks, the driving forces behind global market transformation are analyzed and key trends are identified. It is argued that in the process of reengineering the global GVC architecture, international strategic alliances are instruments for advancing the interests of national businesses in the international community. The promotion of Russian business interests in the global community is discussed in the context of the prospects of the Eurasian Economic Union. The significance of the EAEU in the structure of pro-Russian alliances and as an organization structuring the regional level of interests of Russian national businesses is explored. It is noted that the prospects for the innovative development of the EAEU should be ensured through the formation of new forms of international cooperation. At the same time, within the framework of the Eurasian reengineering of global distributed production networks, the creation of a system of international strategic alliances that promote the development of innovative activities of Eurasian business is justified
