The article examines the processes of transformation of social practices of the population under the influence of digitalization. The relevance of the study is due to the rapid development of digital technologies, which have a significant impact on all areas of human life - from labor and education to communication and leisure. The purpose of the work is to identify key areas of change in the structure and content of social practices in the context of the formation of digital reality. The study analyzed statistics reflecting the level of digital activity of the population, the prevalence of Internet communications and the development of digital skills. It is shown that the digital environment contributes to the formation of new forms of interaction, changing patterns of information consumption and social contacts. Particular attention is paid to the problems of digital inequality and differences in the adaptation of various social groups to digital changes. The results of the study allow us to conclude that digitalization not only expands the possibilities of self-realization and social mobility of the population, but also forms new risks associated with the virtualization of public relations. The findings can be used to develop digital education and social policy programs aimed at increasing digital inclusion of the population.
