Abstract (English):
The complexity of HR management systems manifests itself in the interconnectedness of all elements. Their high-quality and effective organization ensures the highly professional use of human resources, facilitates the achievement of organizational goals, and demonstrates high productivity. Career planning is an integral part of the strategy for building and developing a talent pool, contributing to the improvement of the organization's human resource quality. Career management is becoming increasingly important in today's digital economy. Career planning, in turn, enables employees to understand what positions they can apply for and what positions they can be appointed to based on their compliance with the organization's requirements. This article substantiates the importance of careers in HR management. The stages of professional growth are analyzed, including an examination of the individual qualities and needs of employees. Directions for improving the careers of organizational employees are also presented.
