In modern enterprise management, personnel are the primary driving force behind its effective functioning and development. The key to the effective functioning of modern enterprises is an effective personnel motivation system and the use of methods that motivate employees to work productively to achieve their personal and corporate goals. An analysis of international experience in developing personnel motivation reveals that each existing model has both advantages and disadvantages. The article argues that international practices in developing personnel motivation are primarily aimed at developing an effective team that, through high motivation and professionalism, will achieve maximum performance.
