Organizational culture doesn't emerge on its own. It's typically the result of long and diligent effort aimed at establishing sound and constructive rules, norms, values, philosophies, and so on within the organization. Otherwise, if proper attention is not given to this, attitudes negative for the company may become entrenched within the team. Ultimately, this will have a negative impact on the company's performance. Therefore, studying organizational culture is essential for building effective work in any enterprise, hence the relevance of this article. This article examines the essential features of organizational culture in international companies. Studying the experience of building organizational culture in international companies is important for Russian companies. Useful and interesting ideas should be considered, and the best and most suitable ones should be adopted, taking into account Russian realities and experience, as simply implanting foreign ideas, as experience shows, rarely achieves a positive effect.
