In the context of globalization and intense intercultural interaction, issues of effective organizational management increasingly require going beyond purely national models. Unique management approaches developed in different countries represent a rich source of ideas and practices worthy of careful study. This article provides a comparative analysis of foreign models of organizational culture to identify practices applicable to the Russian business environment. The author examines Japanese, Chinese, European, and American approaches to management, determining which elements can be productively adapted and which are unacceptable for Russia due to cultural differences.
