The documentation management system in a construction organization should be efficient and contribute to improving the efficiency of the enterprise's production activities, as well as building the organization's reputation and image. The organization of documentation management at modern construction companies does not always meet modern requirements. This article assesses the current state of documentation management at the construction company Promstroy LLC. Key issues in organizing documentation management activities are identified, and ways to address them are outlined. Risks associated with the existing documentation management system and ways to minimize them are identified.
