Abstract (English):
This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the evolution of the global aluminum industry in the context of the strengthening of the neocolonial paradigm, where special emphasis is placed on identifying the systemic mechanisms of dominance of metropolitan areas, quantifying the structural dependence of peripheral economies and building a scenario forecast model of industry transformation for the period 2025-2040. The paper determines the nonlinear correlation between the possession of a resource base and the ability to accumulate added value, identifies institutional imbalances caused by the asymmetric distribution of technological sovereignty, and verifies the hypothesis of irreversible peripherization of resource-bearing countries in the context of the progressive financial and regulatory hegemony of global centers of power. The practical implementation of the research findings is relevant for the tasks of strategic planning in resource-oriented economies, the development of mechanisms for overcoming structural dysfunctions and the formation of a balanced sectoral policy in the context of the reproduction of the neocolonial world economic architecture.
