This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the architecture of the global lithium industry through the prism of the neocolonial paradigm, where special emphasis is placed on identifying structural imbalances in the distribution of added value between metropolitan areas and supplier countries, identifying mechanisms of technological hegemony and financial dominance, as well as assessing the degree of sovereignty of resource economies in the context of increased sanctions pressure and regulatory expansion. The study made it possible to form a multi-level predictive model of the industry's transformation with the definition of phase transitions from economic dominance to political coercion and military control. The practical implementation of the research findings is relevant for the tasks of developing strategies for the destruction of neocolonial dependence, the formation of regional consortia of producers and the optimization of state policy in the field of protecting national interests in commodity markets.
