The conducted research is devoted to the analysis of the hybrid operating model of the Colombian agricultural holding Manuelita as a representative case of symbiosis of legal business with the shadow economy. The paper implements the method of structural decomposition, which made it possible to identify seven key segments of the corporate architecture, demonstrating a systemic relationship with informal economic practices. Special attention is paid to the mechanisms for integrating shadow operations into global value chains through transfer pricing tools and offshore schemes. As part of the predictive analysis, scenarios for the evolution of the company's shadow architecture for the period up to the fourth quarter of 2025 have been developed, taking into account the impact of exogenous and endogenous risk factors. The final block of the study contains an assessment of the stability of the hybrid model to changing environmental conditions and its adaptive potential.
