. In today's world, the development of a human resources environment within organizations is becoming increasingly important. It is particularly crucial to establish social proportions in the key personnel characteristics that will facilitate growth and development, including by attracting and retaining professionally trained specialists. This highlights the need for their adaptation within a modern organization and the search for new management tools, methods, and technologies for its successful implementation. Adaptation is considered one of the most important areas of HR practice in modern organizations. The adaptation process is, on the one hand, a mechanism for employee interaction with the organizational environment, and on the other, a method for developing the potential of an organization's human resources. This article examines the key measures for improving the personnel adaptation management system.
