Negotiations as a method of conflict management in an organization

Abstract (English):
Conflicts are not alien to human behavior; they are always present to a greater or lesser degree in modern organizations. While they have both positive and negative consequences, it is important to know how to conduct effective negotiations that foster positive change. Negotiation, as a method of managing disagreements in an organization, can be defined as a process of resolving a dispute based on identifying the alignment of the parties' interests and points of view. For this reason, negotiation is essential and requires the participation of both parties. In this article, the authors characterize the negotiation process as a method of managing conflict in an organization. The principles, functions, and distinctive features of negotiation are outlined.
