Entrepreneurial identity and collective integration strategies in small business: a behavioral perspective

Abstract (English):
The article examines behavioral aspects of small business integration with a focus on the impact of individual entrepreneurial identity on the formation and implementation of collective integration strategies. It is shown that under conditions of personalized management and limited resources, psychological attitudes of entrepreneurs—such as orientation toward autonomy, risk perception, value priorities, and trust—act as key factors determining the stability of integrative forms of interaction. The study argues that insufficient consideration of behavioral differences among participants leads to increased conflict, reduced manageability, and early disintegration of business associations. The paper proposes directions for developing a management model for small business associations that aims to align individual and collective strategic interests through a project-based approach, differentiated participation, and formalization of core managerial procedures. The findings may be applied in the design of small business cooperation mechanisms and serve as a basis for further academic research.
