The article presents a methodology for assessing the economic security of industrial enterprises, based on a comprehensive consideration of its key components: personnel, technical-technological, and financial security. Analyzing the diversity of scientific approaches, the authors propose a practical diagnostic tool that includes calculating a system of specific indicators for each area and subsequently integrating them into a consolidated assessment. For personnel security, labor productivity and compliance of the wage fund with legislative norms are considered; for technical-technological security – the investment activity ratio and return on fixed assets; for financial security – the degree of solvency and the coverage ratio. The obtained values are compared with normative ones (established based on retrospective analysis, industry standards, and legal requirements) and converted into a binary scoring scale. The integral indicator, calculated as the sum of scores, allows the level of a company's economic security to be classified into one of three categories: sufficient, satisfactory, or insufficient. The proposed methodology is universal and can be adapted to the specifics of a particular enterprise.
