The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the systems integration market as a specific segment of the information technology market. It examines the structural features of the market, characterized by a high degree of concentration and differentiation of services. The main groups of system integration market participants are identified, including various types of system integrators, technology solution vendors, consulting companies, and customers. The dominant pricing models in the system integration market are analyzed, including project pricing, Time & Materials, fixed-price, outsourcing, and mixed models. A detailed study is made of the life cycle of a systems integration project, including the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion phases. Key economic factors determining the specifics of the market are identified: high switching costs for customers, the significant role of reputational capital, information asymmetry between market participants, and the project-based nature of the activity. It is established that the systems integration market is characterized by an oligopolistic structure with elements of monopolistic competition in local segments. The author proposes a classification of pricing models taking into account the distribution of project risks between the parties. The results of the study can be used to formulate effective strategies for market participants, as well as to improve government regulation of the information technology sector.
